Our lamination process is not limited to simple solvent-free applications; it also enables us to create multilayer structures resistant to pasteurization and sterilization conditions. After the lamination process, products need to rest for a certain period to achieve full performance. At Vakumpak, laminated packages are left to cure under controlled conditions for 2 to 7 days. This process ensures perfect integration of the layers, maximizing both durability and product safety.

Stand-up pouches with zipper closures, flat-bottom “box bags,” quad-seal bags with bottom folds, and side-gusseted bags are among the most preferred options.
