RETORT POUCHES

CUSTOM PRODUCTION

High-Performance Packaging Offering Long Shelf Life with Heat Resistance

Retort pouches are multi-layer flexible packaging designed to withstand high temperatures and suitable for sterilization. Commonly used as an alternative to cans, these pouches sterilize products by cooking them from the inside out, thereby extending their shelf life.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Custom Retort Pouches Offer a Wide Range of Customization Options

As a flexible packaging manufacturer, we provide high-barrier, autoclave-compatible retort packaging solutions that prioritize food safety.

Retort pouches stand out with their heat-resistant structure, allowing products to undergo thermal processing at 120–135°C after filling. This process (retort sterilization) prevents spoilage and enables long-term storage. They are the modern, lightweight, and more eco-friendly alternative to canned foods.

We Provide Sustainable Packaging Solutions
We combine retort technology with next-generation sustainable solutions. We offer mono-material retort pouches (single-material, recyclable structures), SiOx or AlOx barrier retort options instead of metallized layers, and lightweight packaging that reduces carbon footprint.
